2. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Personal use Hajj accessories (e.g., ihram, prayer mats, tasbeeh) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with unboxing photos/videos for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange: Subject to stock availability.
